We are currently seeking an exceptional Director of Sport and Activities to lead and shape the next phase of our sporting and activities programs at All Saints Anglican School.

About the role
The Director of Sport and Activities is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of sport and activities across the school, from Prep to Year 12.
You will set the vision for sport at All Saints, ensuring our programs are purposeful, well-structured and aligned with the school鈥檚 values of Truth, Faith and Compassion. This role plays a key part in embedding the All Saints strategic plan, Blueprint 2026+, into everyday practice, using sport as a powerful vehicle for developing good humans, ready for the world.
About you
You are a confident, thoughtful leader with a deep understanding of sport in an educational or comparable setting. You bring clarity, energy and sound judgement, and understand the role sport plays in building character, connection and community.
You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience leading sport programs within a school or comparable setting.
- Experience working within competitive sporting environments, including school competitions or sporting associations will be highly regarded.
- A commitment to student wellbeing, inclusion and positive culture alongside performance and development
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across a school community
