Head of Swimming

We are inviting applications for the position of Head of Swimming. This role offers a rare opportunity to lead and shape a program defined equally by participation, performance and community connection.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an ambitious aquatic professional to shape a program of genuine significance - one that builds upon a strong foundation. The Head of Swimming will have both the support and mandate to position All Saints as a destination swimming program, one that develops elite athletes, welcomes participants of all ability levels, and fosters a culture that families actively want to be part of.

The role is broad and meaningful: equal parts elite coach, program builder, community leader and operational manager. Our ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who is just as comfortable on the pool deck as they are in a planning meeting - someone who sees the commercial and community potential of aquatics in a school setting and knows how to realise it. With strong representation in Sport and a genuine commitment to student wellbeing, All Saints is investing in the next chapter of its aquatic offering.

For a comprehensive overview of the role, including key responsibilities and selection criteria, please refer to the position description.

This is a full-time position commencing from term 3 2026, or by negotiation.
